A senior associate attorney at the Gordon Law Group, Michael works on both Internet and business law. A tax controversy magician, Michael regularly and gamely handles assessment and collection matters before the IRS and Illinois Department of Revenue; he also works internationally, representing clients who take advantage of the Streamlined Offshore Disclosure or Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Programs.
Michael also practices corporate and employment law. He works with startup companies to determine which business entity is best suited to their goals. A one-stop shop for startups, Michael can handle the requisite paperwork, compliance reviews, and even prepare and file taxes.
Further, Michael represents both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Aside from having a Law Degree at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Michael also has a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has proven himself to be both reliable and diligent in his ability to deal with tax-related cases. He works hard to find the best solution for even the most complicated legal issues.
While not at the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing recreational sports, and catching the newest films.
