About Melissa Portuguez
Melissa Portuguez is the Human Resources Manager at Gordon Law Group. She is SHRM-SCP certified and has been in HR for over 10 years.
Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She’s currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies at Loyola University, Chicago.
Prior to joining Gordon Law Group, Melissa served as HR manager for a distribution warehouse for a health food and supplements company. She enjoys creating a supportive work culture that allows employees to grow and develop. Melissa has worked in a variety of industries including higher education, manufacturing, and retail.
When she is not in the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, working out, journaling, and trying new vegan recipes.
