About Viorel Moraru
Viorel Moraru is the Manager of the Business Services team in our Cryptocurrency Department. He provides accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services to businesses interacting with cryptocurrency—whether they’re using crypto to accept payments, pay employees and vendors, or as an investment.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University in 2012. Shortly after graduation, he dove straight into accounting and hasn’t looked back since.
Viorel began his career working for small businesses such as ADC Floors and the Romanian American Community Center. In both roles, he helped create and maintain accounting databases. Most recently, he worked as an accountant for individuals and various businesses in the healthcare, restaurant, and real estate industries.
When he’s not in the office, Viorel enjoys keeping up with the crypto market and studying different philosophical concepts from around the world.
